I was a bit sceptical about the mesh fabric, but it's really comfortable and does not feel rough or hard, but is still very supportive. I am using a gel cushion on the seat, but only because I had it on my old chair. It's not actually necessary.
The mesh will likely also be cool in summer, and not get sweaty like PU covers can.
This comes fully flat packed, so even the base has to be assembled, and seat, back, arms and head rest are all separate pieces. It's not hard, though, and there's a video if you need it, but I found the instructions easy to follow. It took me about 1 hour to put it together, but I took my time.
Everything, including the accessories are well packed, and you get spare screws, one of each size. The threads are all well done.
The less good parts are those made from plastic: the plastic part that you use to cover the base was from very thin, brittle plastic, and broken, but I just left it off, and it looks fine. The wheels are plastic, too, and while they are strong and move fine, they were a bit awkward to insert. But once I realised they have to be pushed down hard until they won't go any further, it was ok. There were also 2 white cover pieces included, which were not mentioned, no idea where they go.
The head rest can be adjusted for height, forwards or back and tilted. Although I am short, at 5 foot 1 inch, it fits me on the lowest setting. The lumbar rest is also adjustable and the seat can tip back, whereby there's a knob to make this harder, which I've not used so far.
Overall, I really like this, although having used the same cheap chair for years, I don't have much to compare this to, but it seems good value for the quality.
Instructions give details for support, and mention a 5 year limited warranty, btw, so it seems they have confidence in their product.

The materials feel durable and well-made. Installation was very easy, with clear instructions and all the necessary tools and parts included, which made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Once assembled, the chair is incredibly comfortable, providing great support for long hours of work. It also looks great — sleek and modern . Lastly, I have to mention the customer service, which was excellent. They were responsive, polite, and very helpful with my questions. Overall, a fantastic purchase — highly recommend!
